Public Works builders now start with fuel and tools for up to 50 first-business construction jobs, helping ready projects get started without waiting for builder supplies.
Each Public Works builder receives a starting reserve of fuel and tools sized for 50 construction jobs using any first-business blueprint, including sites with difficult terrain.
Existing builders receive this reserve too. Builders consume the stock as they work and replenish supplies through their normal market purchases.
