Brands, campaigns and media businesses
Build category-specific brands, prepare advertising with your marketing team, and run media businesses with content, subscriptions and paid advertisements.
Brands and campaigns
Custom brands now belong to one product category. Your default corporation-named brand works across categories. The Brands page has separate tabs for your brands, campaigns and marketing team.
Hire marketing specialists using available office seats. Their time is shared across campaigns, from drafting through production and active support. Choose simple, standard or premium creative work. Physical campaigns use purchased materials; audio, video and social campaigns use your team's production time. Choose placements, launch, review daily results, adjust the budget or finish the campaign. Repeated exposure gradually reduces effectiveness.
Media businesses
Build a TV station, radio station or digital platform from the new Media category. Digital platforms can specialize in social networking, music, video or news. Produce content licenses on production lines, sell them on the exchange, buy content from other businesses and publish it in your library. Traded content keeps its original age.
Digital platforms reach their whole country and can charge a daily subscription fee or offer free access. Citizens choose between platforms based on price, competition and fresh content. Audience grows over game days, with new, returning and departed users, viewers or listeners shown in the business. Advertising capacity and outreach come from this actual audience. Advertising is optional and paid by the advertising corporation or political party: timed media charges per second, while social placements charge per interaction.
TV and radio offer free public access and require municipal broadcasting rights, renewed for an annual fee. The home municipality needs a license; each additional municipality also needs a staffed Broadcast Relay. Expired rights or an inactive relay stop coverage there.
Political parties now create a single Media campaign, choose TV, radio, social media or video, and select a compatible provider. This replaces the separate advertising project entries; existing running projects retain their original schedule. Their treasury pays for delivered seconds or interactions, and only delivered advertisements earn reach. Media owners decide separately whether to accept political content. Political placements start disabled; opting out stops further paid political placements without changing the general advertising setting.
