Marketing teams grow with their campaigns
Marketing specialists now have individual skills, experience and salary expectations. New campaigns estimate their work, preparation costs and effectiveness before drafting.
Your marketing team now shows each specialist by name, with their salary, skills and performance. Completing a campaign that has run gives the people who prepared it experience and improves their skills. Experienced specialists eventually expect a raise. Give that raise or fire an individual specialist from their card; the severance cost is shown beside the action.
Plan the work before drafting. Choose the brand, campaign type, scope and audience to see the working hours, preparation estimate and projected effectiveness. More experienced teams need fewer hours; more complex campaigns and established brands require more work. Preparation includes specialist work, materials and freight. Specialist work is paid through normal team salaries.
New campaigns set their own daily placement allowance. Materials for physical advertising go to your headquarters, so there is no separate production site to choose. Buy the required materials and wait for them to arrive before starting production. Placement remains a separate ongoing cost until you finish the campaign.
