University construction materials now scale with campus tier. Regional and National Universities require substantially more materials and land than a College.
New university projects now have distinct construction requirements:
- College: the existing material recipe, 600 m² of land and room for 2 faculties.
- Regional University: 4 times the College's materials, 2,400 m² of land and room for 4 faculties.
- National University: 12 times the College's materials, 7,200 m² of land and room for 6 faculties.
At the same material prices, Regional and National University material costs are 4 and 12 times the College's cost. The construction estimate follows current market prices.
Construction times and faculty capacities stay unchanged. Projects already commissioned and completed campuses keep their original requirements.
