Corporation officers
Owners can now invite players as corporation officers with role-based permissions — and destructive corporate actions are owner-only.
Running a corporation is now a team sport. From your company's Officers tab, the owner can invite other players by username into one of four roles:
- General Manager — runs everything day-to-day: finance, operations, and trading.
- Finance Officer — loans, transfers, forex, bonds, and grants.
- Operations Officer — buildings, production, supply, logistics, land and rentals, staff, and HQ.
- Trade Officer — exchange trading, sales and supply contracts, brands, advertising, R&D, and permits.
Every officer can see everything about the company — financials, transactions, the cap table — while their role controls what they can do. Invitees get a notification and an email and accept or decline from the Corporations page.
For existing teams: the most destructive corporate actions — dissolving, restructuring debts, selling buildings to the government, and selling the business — are now reserved for the owner. Directors keep full day-to-day control but no longer hold these powers, and only the owner can invite or remove officers.
