Founding a company just got a real runway

Your first corporation now starts with 100,000 in founding capital, and new businesses hire their full staff automatically.
Getting off the ground was too hard: a brand-new founder had no capital until they discovered grants, and a freshly built shop sat at zero visitors until they found the staffing tab. Both are fixed:
- 100,000 founding capital. The first corporation on your account receives a founders' bootstrap grant in its local currency the moment it's registered — enough for land, a first build, and the opening payroll. Subsequent corporations are funded by their owner, as before.
- New businesses staff themselves. Every newly completed building now opens with full hiring intent: positions are posted at the role's minimum salary and the labour market fills them automatically. You can still tune head-counts and salaries per role — automatic hiring just becomes the default instead of a hidden chore. Your HQ back-office roles now post salaries automatically too, so the HQ efficiency bonus is within everyone's reach.
Wages start accruing as staff arrive, so keep an eye on your payroll — the founding capital is your runway, not a subscription.
