Construction crews use the yard's own supplies

Two fixes to construction-yard supplies:

• The supplies card tells the truth. "On hand" now counts only what's physically stored at your yard. It used to count your corporation's entire stock — including your Distribution Center's delivery gasoline and anything sitting on the exchange — so a yard holding 250 litres could claim tens of thousands.
• Crews stop siphoning your delivery fuel. Build contracts used to consume auxiliaries from your largest stockpile anywhere — usually the Distribution Center's gasoline reserve, quietly starving your delivery fleet. Crews now burn only what's stocked at the yard, so keep it supplied (the Supply and Auto Supply buttons ship straight there).

If your yard's contracts suddenly show "short on supplies", that's the fix working — ship some fuel and tools to the yard itself.
