Build contracts pay their taxes

Construction was the last earning stream running tax-free:

• Service tax on delivered labour. When your Construction Yard delivers a contract for another corporation, the labour portion now pays the standard service tax to the customer's city — same as restaurants and hotels. Building for yourself stays untaxed (paying your own yard isn't income), and self-builds no longer inflate your weekly corporate tax base either.
• Yard books show everything. A corp with one yard now sees all its delivered contracts on the yard's Transactions tab — out-of-town builds used to slip through the cracks.
