Auto Hire (Stratum Pro)
A new Pro automation on every business's Staff tab: flip Auto Hire on and the venue keeps every position's hire target maxed — including seats added later by expansions — without another visit to the tab.
The Staff tab of every business now carries an Auto Hire toggle (Stratum Pro):
- Flipping it on immediately sets every active position to hire up to its full requirement, and lifts posted salaries to the role's floor where they'd otherwise never fill. - From then on, any expansion that adds seats — a new service station, a folded faculty, a raised requirement — starts hiring automatically. - Positions you've deliberately deactivated are respected and stay off. - Like all automations, it suspends while the owning corporation has no active Pro subscription and resumes untouched when Pro is restored.
