Auto-repair, for everything that wears
Auto-repair now covers hotel rooms and delivery depots, not just factory lines and service stations — and worn depots can finally be repaired at all.
Until now, auto-repair (a Stratum Pro feature) only looked after a factory's production lines and service stations. But hotels and logistics depots wear out too — and a worn depot ships slower, all the way down to breaking.
Auto-repair everywhere. The same per-building rule — a per-cycle budget and a wear threshold — now also keeps your hotel rooms and your delivery depots in good repair. Open the Rooms tab on a hotel or the Depots tab on a distribution center and you'll find the familiar 🔧 Auto-repair control. Each cycle it picks the worn items at random and pays for repairs up to your budget, exactly as it does for factories.
Depots can be repaired now. Previously a depot only ever accrued wear with no way to fix it. Repairing a depot now costs a maintenance fee (paid by the carrier's owner, in local currency) and returns it to full condition and full speed. Auto-repair will handle it for you, or you can let wear ride — your call.
As always, the automation itself is Pro; the underlying repairs are available to everyone.
