By creating an account and using Stratum Protocol, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the platform.
2. Account Registration
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must not share your account with others or create multiple accounts.
3. Virtual Economy
All transactions, assets, currencies, and economic activities within Stratum Protocol are virtual and exist solely within the game environment. Virtual assets have no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged for real currency unless explicitly stated otherwise.
4. User Conduct
You agree not to exploit bugs, use automation tools, or engage in any activity that disrupts the game environment or gives an unfair advantage. Violations may result in account suspension or termination.
5. Intellectual Property
All content, designs, and systems within Stratum Protocol are the intellectual property of the platform. You retain ownership of any original content you create within the platform, but grant us a license to use it within the game environment.
6. Limitation of Liability
Stratum Protocol is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any loss of virtual assets, account data, or interruptions to service. We reserve the right to modify game mechanics, reset economies, or make changes as needed.
7. Modifications
We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
8. Governing Language
These Terms and Conditions are drafted in English. Translations into other languages are provided for convenience only. In the event of any conflict, inconsistency, or difference of interpretation between the English version and a translated version, the English version prevails and is the legally authoritative text.
