Boards, now findable

The city, industry and recruiting boards now have their own entry in the navigation instead of living at an address nobody could find.
The boards have been there for a while: post what you are buying or selling, ask for a carrier, advertise an officer seat, recruit for your party, or look for a mentor. Other players see it and can act on it in one click.
What was missing was a way in. Unless you opened a city page, there was no link to them anywhere — you had to know the address. Boards now sits in the main navigation, right under the newswire.
You will also see a build number beside the alpha marker. If something looks wrong, quoting it tells us exactly which version you were on.
