Community projects that change cities
Corporations can now pool funding and local materials on Boards to complete public works. A finished project gives every operator in its city a temporary economic boost.
Community Projects is now the first view on Boards. Corporations in the same city can fund a project or commit the exact materials it still needs.
- Real custody. Funding stays in escrow and materials remain reserved in their source buildings while construction is open. If the project expires, the money is refunded and the stock is released. - A public result. Completing every lane transfers the resources to the city and starts a 21-game-day benefit for every eligible operator there — contributors and non-contributors alike. - Three pilot projects. Build a Community Freight Hub for lower inbound freight costs, a Shared Market Hall for more retail and hospitality visits, or a modernized Service District for more service throughput.
Contributors still earn a cosmetic crest frame as recognition. The shared city effect comes from completing the public work, not from who paid the most.
