Community Projects now have a full geographic ladder and a community choice at every level.
- Pick a city. The Board shows only that city's nation, region, and local project, instead of repeating cards for every city where your corporation operates. - Fifteen projects. Five national, five regional, and five city projects rotate independently, with larger places offering broader but smaller temporary boosts. - Choose the next build. Every current project offers a shortlist of three successors. Each player has one changeable vote in a place where their active corporation operates, no matter how many corporations they control.
Voting stays open while the current project is being built and while its 21-game-day benefit is active. When that cycle ends, the leading choice opens next. Vote totals are visible, but voter names and voting times are never published.
