Outbound automation now waits for efficient batches

Auto-sell now opens with cost-aware price guardrails, and every outbound rule can wait for a minimum shipment batch before paying for freight.
Outbound automation now starts with safer, more economical defaults.
- Sell first. New outbound rules open on Sell on exchange and match the market at 0% by default.
- Wait for an efficient batch. Set a minimum batch and the rule lets shippable excess accumulate before selling or moving it. Your retained-stock floor and maximum per run still apply.
- Start from recorded costs. When a same-currency landed cost is available, the suggested minimum price is 25% above the combined recorded basis and estimated shipping. The suggested maximum is 50% above that floor. Both remain editable saved guardrails.
If the recorded basis or shipping estimate is unavailable, the rule leaves the price fields for you to set manually rather than inventing a cost.
