Cash warnings before it is too late

Notifications Finance

Your corporations now warn you while they still have money — about three game days before the cash runs out — and tell you the moment one enters liquidation, and why.

Two new reminders in the notification bell.

Low cash runway. When a corporation's recent spending would empty its account within about three game days, everyone with access to it gets a warning naming the balance, the daily burn, and the corporation. It fires while the money is still there, so there is time to cut costs, sell stock, raise prices or move cash in. Going negative is not itself fatal — the liquidation clock only starts after that, and runs for seven more game days — so the warning lands with room to act.

It is edge-triggered: you get it once when a corporation crosses the line, not every day, and it re-arms only after a real recovery. Low-cash warnings also appear in the notification digest email, and you can turn that section off in your notification settings.

Liquidation started. When a corporation is wound down, everyone with access is told as it happens and why — too long in the red, a loan default, a missed bankruptcy-protection deadline, or the owner's own decision to dissolve it. Until now a wind-down could complete with no notice at all.
