Choose your route, and the currencies it spends
The freight route picker now shows more routes on request and lets you switch off a currency you would rather not spend, so a shipment can be steered away from money you do not hold.
Every leg of a shipment is paid in the currency of the country it departs from, so one delivery can bill you in several currencies at once — and until now nothing let you steer that.
Two changes to the route picker:
- Load more routes. The picker used to show a single route per strategy. It now starts with a broader set and will fetch deeper alternatives on request, until there are genuinely no more distinct physical paths to offer. - Currencies you will spend. Each currency a route would charge you appears as a chip. Switch one off and the search looks for a route that avoids it. The currency of the country your goods start in is shown locked, because that first leg is unavoidable.
Switching a currency off searches again rather than filtering what you can already see, so it can surface routes that were never in the list — and it will honestly show you nothing if no route avoids that currency.
Picking a route from one list no longer bounces you into a different list when that route also happens to be the fastest or the cheapest.
