See where each shipment stands in the queue
Every undelivered shipment now shows its place in whatever it is waiting for: the carrier's van queue, the aircraft or vessel queue at its departure node, the runway or berth queue, the landing queue, or its pooling deadline.
A shipment that has not moved used to say only "awaiting carrier" or "blocked". The Shipments tab of every business and the deliveries list of a Distribution Center now show exactly where it stands, read from the same order the dispatcher works through:
- Van queue — "Position 3 of 8 in your carrier's van queue, 0 vans free now" for a road haul waiting for a depot slot. - Aircraft or vessel queue — its place among the legs departing the same node on the same carrier, and how many compatible hulls are ready there right now. - Runway or berth queue — its place among movements waiting to depart, with the node's slots in use; and the landing queue at the far end. - Pooling — the latest moment the carrier will hold departure for co-cargo before leaving with what it has. - Under way — the arrival time at the next stop.
Positions are counts of what is ahead, not estimates: the number you see is the number the dispatcher will use.
