Choose a region, then a city, then a compatible rental site. The first-business setup now gives each location choice its own step after you select a building.
Regions show their largest city with a compatible site and the number of eligible cities. Cities show their population and available site count, with the most populated cities listed first.
The selection controls stay visible as you scroll. You can go back to change the region or city, compare rental terms, and check a selected site's current availability before starting the guided setup.
