Country GDP on the world map

The world map and economy pages now assign linked sales, services, exchange trades and rent payments to the country where they took place. This separates recorded activity in the United States and Panama, as well as Germany and France.

Older payments without enough location information remain unallocated. Country totals are marked partial when those payments could affect them. Missing GDP is shown as unavailable, and a measured zero remains zero. Amounts stay in their recorded currencies.
