Local shops now stock bakery and egg products
Eggs, corn flour, corn flatbread, baguettes, crackers, cookies and the rest of the bakery shelf now have a local market price and off-screen shops competing for your customers.
Every product now has a market price. Sixteen bakery and grocery products had never traded on an exchange, so the game had no price to compare your shelf against: local shops did not stock them at all, and any price you set converted. They now take their benchmark from what the product costs to make, so a local shop competes for your visitors and pricing far above the local benchmark sells less. Prices you set near the benchmark are unaffected.
