Initiatives in the business or headquarters Overview now offers alternative resource recipes. Each option shows its own quantities, including simpler goods that need fewer production steps. Choose the supplies that suit your world before arranging deliveries.
Businesses can run a Skills Workshop for a temporary staff effectiveness boost or fund Rest Area Upkeep for ongoing happiness. Headquarters can organise a Company Showcase to attract retail visitors or maintain a Workwear Programme for happiness and effectiveness across its directly owned businesses. HQ programmes have their own recipes and higher costs.
You can change setup choices before preparation begins. For ongoing programmes, changes to daily supplies apply at the next renewal; benefits already paid for keep their original duration. Existing programmes offer alternatives where their saved recipes are compatible. Changing a choice does not refund goods or cancel deliveries already arranged.
