Initiatives need larger resource allowances based on the employees they support. Plan regular deliveries as your team grows.
Initiative supplies scale with actual employees. Resource allowances have increased for staff refreshments, events, training and workplace upkeep. Milk allowances use 1 unit per employee per game day: a team of 10 needs 10 units daily, or 70 units for a seven-day supply.
Business initiatives count that business's employees. HQ programmes count headquarters staff and employees in directly owned businesses. Empty positions do not count, and per-employee supplies are zero when there are no employees. Fixed equipment and event requirements still apply. Alternative ingredients remain available with their own quantities.
Plans awaiting preparation use the updated requirements. Existing ongoing programmes use them at their next renewal; already-funded benefits and consumed setup materials are preserved. Daily requirements are recalculated as staffing changes. Check the supply list before arranging your next delivery.
