Crop Farms and Livestock Ranches can now be built without the Fertile Farmland trait, giving you more locations to choose from.
Fertile Farmland is now a yield bonus, not a construction requirement for Crop Farms and Livestock Ranches. You can build either on any site that meets the usual zoning, space and availability rules.
The existing yield benefit of Fertile Farmland remains. Crop Farms still follow the city's hardiness zone: some crops grow at reduced yield, and incompatible crops cannot be queued.
