Employee programme setup lists no longer move
The one-time preparation materials an employee programme asks for are now sized when you start it, so shipments you order always complete the list. Daily supplies of a running programme still follow your current headcount.
Employee programmes — Employee Household Support, Team Lunch, the Workwear Program and the others — ask for a one-time bundle of preparation materials before they can begin, sized to the people they cover.
That bundle used to be recalculated while you were gathering it: every hire anywhere in the corporation raised the quantities by a unit or two, so a shipment ordered against yesterday's list could arrive just short of today's.
The preparation bundle is now sized once, when the programme starts. The quantities on the programme card are the quantities preparation consumes, and goods on hand or already in transit count toward exactly that list. Two things still move it, both yours: changing your supply choices reprices the bundle, and a running programme's daily supplies keep following your current headcount, because those are what it consumes every day.
