The office hosting your headquarters now includes a large virtual storage allowance, so weekly employee-programme resupplies and office deliveries no longer bounce off a small or rented office.
Headquarters offices are workplaces, not warehouses — their blueprints carry only a few cubic metres of storage, and a rented office or a tight parcel cannot always carry storage upgrades at all. A weekly resupply for an employee programme like Employee Household Support could simply not land: the shipment was refused for lack of space before the programme ever started.
The building hosting your primary HQ now comes with a generous virtual storage allowance (1,000 m³) on top of whatever its blueprint and upgrades provide. Deliveries, internal transfers and programme supplies destined for the HQ office no longer overflow, and the storage readouts include the allowance. An office that stops being your HQ loses it again.
