Buying land is paused while it is reworked. Every new business now gets its site through a lease in the New building flow.

Land ownership is paused while it is reworked. Land auctions, bids and land resale listings are closed, and the Real Estate and Contracts tabs are gone.

Getting a site: choose a city in New building, then rent a listing on the land step. Leases you already hold appear there under Existing leases.
Your leases: open Buildings → Leases to see a lease's terms or end it early.
Exchange purchases: goods waiting at an exchange are shipped from Exchange → Inventory with Arrange shipment.
Pro: land-auction alerts and land-sale history are no longer part of Pro. Permit-auction alerts are unchanged.
