Parcel features now shape the businesses built on them
Topsoil, access, utilities, terrain, and environmental conditions now provide explicit business-specific trade-offs.
Parcel badges are now operational choices rather than decorative labels:
- Every parcel feature has at least one quantified effect and explains exactly which businesses it applies to. - Farms respond to soil and water; factories to utilities; retailers, restaurants, and hotels to access and surroundings; freight users to road and rail connections; and service businesses to their local infrastructure. - Terrain and regulatory conditions affect the duration of new standalone construction. Existing buildings and builds already under way keep the timing they were promised. - Business pages show only parcel features relevant to that building. Land and construction screens retain the full picture so a parcel can be compared before committing. - Tap or click any feature badge for its exact percentages, target business types, and the parcel's existing land-value contribution.
Effects are deliberately modest and capped. Different applicable features add within the parcel layer, then combine once with city-wide location effects.
