Production lines now expand storage
Each installed production line now adds the blueprint's storage module as well as throughput, so expanded sites have room to support their extra work.
Production-line expansion now grows the whole operating module:
- Every production line adds on-site storage. A producer blueprint's base storage figure now applies to each installed production line. A four-line factory receives four base storage modules rather than keeping the capacity of its first line. Distribution Center depots and Construction Yard build slots do not multiply building storage. - Existing expansions benefit immediately. Already-installed lines are counted automatically; there is no conversion project or new delivery to arrange. - Storage upgrades stay distinct. Refrigeration, silos, mineral bins, shelving, and other active storage upgrades remain building-wide additions and are counted once rather than multiplied by line count. - One capacity model governs the whole flow. Production completion, purchases, transfers, supply deals, incoming freight, business cards, and the Inventory tab now all read the same line-scaled capacity.
The Player Guide's Production and Assets chapters now explain when a new line is the right expansion and when a focused storage upgrade or separate warehouse is the better investment.
