Corporations can now resell vacant owned parcels through binding player auctions, returning useful land to the market instead of leaving it idle.
Owned land can return to the market. Open Sale → Owned, choose an eligible vacant parcel, set its reserve price and auction duration, and publish it alongside municipal land auctions.
- Auctions may run for one to seven game days.
- A seller may cancel before the first secured bid; after that, the auction is binding.
- Occupied, leased, rental-listed, or already-listed parcels cannot be offered.
- A completed sale transfers ownership and sends the proceeds to the selling corporation. If there is no eligible winner, the parcel remains with its current owner.
Every eligible corporation can list and bid. Pro continues to add auction-opening alerts and comparable sale history, not preferential access.
