A guided First Business path instead of an empty dashboard

A brand new corporation now opens on a guided First Business path: pick the kind of company you want to run, and the game recommends a city, a starter blueprint, and the leases that are actually listed there right now.
A new corporation used to land on a dashboard with everything unlocked and nothing suggested. Every first decision — which country city, which blueprint, which parcel — had to be made before you had any way of telling a good one from a bad one.
Creating a corporation now opens the First Business path instead.
- Pick a fantasy, not a blueprint. Local merchant, Producer, or Service operator. Each one offers a short, curated list of blueprints that a first business can actually finish.
- The city comes with its reasons. Up to three ranked cities in your country, each showing what it was ranked on — available leases, demand, rental capacity, input availability, lease cost, and distance to the freight hub. A signal that could not be measured says so rather than quietly counting as zero.
- Every recommendation is backed by a lease that exists. A city is only offered when a currently listed rental notice really does fit that blueprint's zoning, minimum area, and any terrain it needs. No suggestion the build wizard would then refuse.
- The race is handled honestly. Nothing is reserved for you. When you act on a recommendation the lease is checked again: still yours to take, gone but the city still works and here are the other options, or the city no longer fits and you should pick again. It never swaps one lease for another behind your back.
- Advanced setup is one click away. The full wizard, the rental market, and every existing screen are unchanged and linked straight from the path.
The path is a recommendation, never a restriction — you can leave it at any step and build whatever you like.
